Customers appreciate the reasonable pricing, cozy environment, and air-conditioned seating, making it suitable for family and friends gatherings. The staff is generally described as friendly and attentive, contributing to a comfortable dining experience. While the food quality receives positive remarks overall, a few dishes are noted as average and could benefit from slight improvements. Despite its modest size, the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, encouraging repeat visits.
Staff didn't see our order properly. Missed out one of our orders. Make us wait so long till we realise something not right. End up the missed out order came half an hour late.
Food is good! Had their laksa mee & char kuey teow Price is reasonable too Premise size is not very big so limited tables available (around 15 tables) Quite some variety of choices They do have western, tea set such as fried prawn cracker, bread, egg tarts, curry puff Worth trying out, will be back for more!
My first time at this branch. Fast service with attentive staff. Today I tried their Hans All Day Breakfast. Acceptable taste; nothing extraordinary. At least they followed my request for less salad dressing. Scrambled egg can be improved though. Traditional White Coffee-O was quite good and came with small biscuits.
Variety of choices. All type of foods. Conducive environment and quite clean. Good customer service and most importantly the food is delicious…
The place is normally pack with people from the surrounding area. Is suitable for friends and family gathering to enjoy meal. There is variety of food and drinks available to choose from. The staff here is very friendly and helpful in providing service to the customer. The environment is very comfy and comfortable with air-conditioning sitting available for dining. The price range for the food and drinks is acceptable.
I recently brought my customers from China to Hans Daily Cafe for a quick lunch before their flight, and we were all thoroughly impressed. We ordered a variety of dishes including Nasi Biryani Chicken, Mamak Mee, Grilled Chicken Chop, Herbal Chicken, Olive Fried Rice, Prawn Fried Rice, and Char Kuay Teow. For sharing, we also had Bread with Butter Kaya, Coconut Bun, and their Signature Golden Shrimp Chips. Every dish was served fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. My customers couldn’t stop praising the food! What truly stood out, though, was the service. One of my guests casually requested a bowl of soup from the noodle dish, and the waiter went above and beyond by proactively bringing us three bowls — at no extra charge. That kind of thoughtful, attentive service really makes a difference. We were also pleasantly surprised by how fast everything was served, despite the busy hour. Our total bill came to RM219, and it was money very well spent. Highly recommended for both locals and those entertaining international guests. Will definitely be back!
Overall a decent makan spot. Food is decent but really nothing to complain about. It's your standard malaysian fare, noodles, rice and such. I will have to commend the variety though. I think if there is one negative thing, it's that it is very very difficult to find parking spots during lunch hours and breakfast hours and this is in no part HanYuan's fault. It's just a high traffic area.
